The Procrastination Pains of AnnaM, Aged 35 and a Bit

PDFPrintE-mail

Well! I have spent the last 2 weeks thinking/worrying about an upcoming assessment, and the last week actively putting off writing it, causing me to be completely preoccupied most of the time and rendering me almost completely useless all of the time. Having just completed said assessment (only because the deadline (after extenstion) is tomorrow), I cannot believe how long it took! Estimating a start time of about 4pm, factoring in time for dinner, a break to watch Lilo and Stitch, and the occasional checking of the ebay item I'm planning on sitting up till 1.30am to put a last second bid on, I'd reckon the actual doing of the assessment took all of about 2 and a half hours!

Of course, I've learnt my lesson now. My next assessment will be written, checked, edited, rechecked, and polished to utter perfection, as worthy of an A+ as ever an assessment I did see!, ONE whole week before the due date. The ORIGINAL due date, pure and unextended.

YEAH RIGHT!
